INTUITIVE POETRY/WRITING

Have you ever wanted to be in that wonderful state of writing flow, when words pour out of you and the world falls away? This class is about developing a close relationship with your intuition or muse, learning to recognize it, and discovering what helps you feel most inspired and safe inside your writing cocoon. You are going to do small bits and pieces of writing, poems, little nuggets, sentences or paragraphs. It’s about catching creativity by the tail. No performance, no novels, no stress, pure love of writing and connecting with your creative spirit. Develop this beautiful habit, a must have for creatives of all kinds, as well as artists.

HOW IT WORKS:

Before the workshop starts, I will send out a ZOOM invite for all our class together. Each class will be centered around a theme with prompts, special visuals and guides to help you along the way. You’ll also learn how to nurture your creative time, space and spirit so that you develop a beautiful practice.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Notebook or a journal (phones and tablets welcome if they help you write)
Pen, pencil
Open heart and mind to new ideas and reflections
Willingness to either share little bit: what you have written or your intentions or what you are inspired by.

Recording will be available for one month after class ends.
