Terms and Conditions

Thank you so much for being here! Here are some things on the business side of things: 

  1. We respect your privacy.

  2. All prices listed on this website are in USD.

  3. You can request a refund for a workshop or email me if you prefer to transfer to another workshop at a later date. If you wish to have a refund, there is a $35 fee. The funds will be returned to your card which you used to make the purchase. No refunds less than 14 days before workshop begins. For a refund or transfer of credits please email me: maja@majasereda.biz

  4. There are no refunds for one-day workshops.

  5. All online workshops take place via ZOOM platform. The date, time, descriptions and supplies needed can be found under each class listing here: workshops

  6. There is a recording available of each class, in case you cannot attend live or would like to re-watch. These recordings are made available shortly after each class and are available up to 3 weeks after workshop ends.

  7. All communication and notifications takes place via my email.
